I\/ Shipping eligibility and coverage<\/strong><\/h3>

The delivery policy applies to all customers ordering through the YUP website.<\/p>

We will fulfill all customers' shipping requests nationwide.<\/p>

II\/ Shipping methods<\/strong><\/h3>

1. Collect Directly at the Store<\/strong><\/p>

For customers purchasing at the store or through the YUP website<\/p>

Please inspect goods thoroughly and compare the product with the documents and warranty card before accepting delivery.<\/p>

If goods must be transferred from another store's warehouse within the same network, sales staff will contact you to renegotiate the delivery time.<\/p>

2. Inner-city delivery<\/strong><\/p>

Delivery staff will contact customers who have not specified a delivery time to arrange a suitable time.<\/p>

For customers with timing requirements, delivery staff will contact them and arrange delivery at the requested time.<\/p>

Except when timing is too urgent or falls outside the store's working hours, staff will contact customers and agree on a suitable revised time.<\/p>

Please personally inspect the product carefully as soon as the delivery staff hands it over. If the type, design, quality or quantity differs from your order, notify us immediately so we can coordinate a resolution. If there are no issues, please accept the goods and pay in full.<\/p>

If, for any reason, the delivery employee cannot deliver on time, we will contact you and let you know.<\/p>

3. Interprovincial delivery<\/strong><\/p>

When ordering, please provide all required information fully and accurately to help us supply the goods and receive payment promptly. We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries caused by inaccurate information you provide.<\/p>

Delivery takes 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays, including T\u1ebft). This timeframe is approximate.<\/p>

For orders placed on Sundays or public holidays, including T\u1ebft, delivery time is calculated from 16:00 on the following Monday or the first working day after the holiday.<\/p>

Please inspect the goods carefully upon receiving them from the courier. If their type, quality or quantity differs from your order, notify us immediately so we can coordinate with the delivery company to resolve it.<\/p>

4. Modify or cancel transactions<\/strong><\/p>

You may change or cancel a transaction in the following circumstances:<\/p>

When the store has confirmed that the product has not yet been dispatched.<\/p>

If the product has already been shipped, the customer must pay shipping fees for any changes.<\/p>

We normally process orders within 24h of receiving the order information and respond to customers with payment and delivery details. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days from order confirmation, or as agreed with the customer when ordering. However, delivery may take longer in the following force majeure situations:<\/p>

Our staff could not reach the customer by phone, so we could not deliver the order.<\/p>

The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.<\/p>

A sudden surge in orders has slowed order processing.<\/p>

The supplier delivers later than expected, delaying your shipment, or the shipping partner is late with delivery.<\/p>

Regarding shipping fees, we use third-party delivery services, so charges are based on the carriers' rates and depend on the location and weight of the order.
