With 16.7 million Twitter followers, billionaire Elon Musk demonstrates that he has been using social media highly effectively for his work.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Entrepreneur, technology billionaire Elon Musk uses Twitter to share his reflections on why artificial intelligence should be considered a threat to humanity, provide updates on his 2 companies, SpaceX and Tesla, and, most recently, tell humorous stories about sales for his latest venture, the Boring company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ms. Minero explained: \u201cHe responds to tweets from ordinary followers,\u201d and \u201che connects directly with other users, making people feel special and as though there is something distinctive about them.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Ms. Minero illustrated this with an exchange between a customer in Connecticut and billionaire Musk. The customer said people in their area were using Tesla charging stations as parking spaces, rather than solely for their intended charging purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cFollowing this development, billionaire Musk himself established the rule that users may charge their cars for only 30\u201345 minutes; if they exceed that limit, they will be charged a fee,\u201d Ms. Minero said.<\/span><\/p>\n

And Twitter\u2019s director of brand strategy commented: \u2018That is why genuinely listening to customer feedback is the way to improve both services and products.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n
