A business needs to go through 2 basic stages to develop, accompanied by appropriate growth strategies from the CEO for each specific stage.<\/p>\n

Initial stage: The business begins operating, and its products have not yet reached customers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Passion: A talented leader needs passion to persuade people to trust completely and help build a startup before it has revenue. Only burning passion can motivate others to begin working and create a larger company in the future<\/p>\n

\u2013 Stay calm: The stage before a product generates revenue is the hardest. The CEO must maintain operational stability while improving the product to fit the market. Many different and conflicting opinions will arise; this is when the CEO must keep a \u2018cool head\u2019 to reconcile them and choose the most suitable strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stage 2: The Business Begins Generating Product Revenue<\/strong><\/p>\n

At this stage, the CEO may no longer need to participate directly in specific tasks as in the early phase, but should instead focus on stabilizing personnel and the vision for long-term development:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Be humble: At this stage, the CEO needs high-quality people in specific areas such as product development, marketing and sales. Leaders must share power and let them make decisions within their expertise. Humility is essential for bringing strong personalities together as a team.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Be open: The business now has revenue and things are gradually stabilizing. An open attitude helps leaders build external relationships, find growth opportunities and develop a positive company culture<\/p>\n

\u2013 Long-term vision: executives in stage 2 need to set aside some of their daily workload and focus on larger matters, such as relationships with the press, partners, banks, and investors, to increase the resources available for stable, long-term growth. They also need to analyze the market regularly and plan ahead for possible future failures.<\/p>\n
