1. Increasing multilateral competition after WTO comes TPP: domestic–foreign, international–local, economic and territorial competition, and political and security factors… will exert growing influence alongside businesses' production capacity and professionalization and ever-faster IT development.

3. Rapid, strong growth of the service-sector economy: Trendy professions include communications, consulting, sales, supply chain and social work. The knowledge content in each product and service is increasing. Physical labor, raw materials and tangible value are declining
4. The divide between rich and poor is growing, so professional trade unions and care for workers are especially necessary to create a better working environment. There is a need to encourage
ourage compassion and charity, promote vocational teaching and learning. We need to advocate a philosophy centered on human well-being, individuals serving society, protecting the environment, saving for the future, and recognizing that our value depends on our attitudes and actions and what we create for the community,..
5. The influence of information technology, the internet, networks and communities: IT's influence creates a demand for transparent information and civic responsibility. However, it is also a dirty weapon used by people of poor character to pressure their targets, creating misleading and illusory information… Therefore, building resilience, preventing risks, cultivating and maintaining integrity, and social responsibility are essential for every individual and brand, especially successful people. There will be more environments and opportunities to create communities and networks with shared living standards, interests and capabilities. Interactions between these groups will initially be positive, then gradually turn negative; after a process of competing to assert themselves and so on, they will mature and become more positive than before.
6. Education, the foremost concern: Education is becoming the foremost concern of every family, organization and society. There is a constant demand for people who can think logically, have a positive attitude, are highly confident yet respect things and people different from themselves, keep learning yet recognize that what they know is always less than what they do not, acknowledge mistakes and correct them, dare to express themselves without dismissing others, and know how to learn and apply knowledge. This is the key to each person's success, because improving individual capabilities toward achieving organizational goals increases the organization's productivity and competitiveness. What each individual knows is always less than what they do not know, and what they do not know may be known by the person beside them, a neighbor, colleague, boss, partner or even their employees. Therefore, the learning approach of successful people—the approach of the future—is continuous learning, learning everywhere and applying it every day.
7. Linkages and Integration—from marketing activities and distribution systems to integrating companies: Choosing the right partner is very important. One participating party's reputation and image directly affect those of the others. Partners' scope of operations is also something entrepreneurs and business owners must consider to protect business advantages and the tangible and intangible benefits of everyone involved. Being the initiator brings many advantages in selecting suitable partners. Vietnamese business owners need to better understand the humane nature of bankruptcy law, know how to cooperate, sell and acquire, decide what to take and leave, prioritize what matters and examine issues in depth!
8. The WTO brings an influx not only of products but also business support services and a tariff-reduction roadmap; the TPP goes further in cooperation on security and the environment: Alongside large volumes of low-priced goods entering Vietnam, a cross-border services market will emerge in the coming period. Business and business support methods such as multilevel communications, online marketing, advertising through blogs and websites, and word-of-mouth marketing—with both positive and negative aspects—will “land” in Vietnam. Foresight is needed to prepare early and well and adapt quickly. If business owners in particular and Vietnam's economy in general cling to old thinking and practices and refuse to adapt and change, they will lose more than they gain.
9. Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and related supporting industries will receive attention and investment after a long period of neglect caused by mistaken perceptions of social restructuring and socioeconomic development across economies and the core values contributing to development in each period. Major opportunities lie in making Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries more knowledge-based through better quality, improved varieties, cultivation and farming methods, and investment in expertise to increase productivity, resilience, adaptability, product quality, preservation during processes, and harvesting and post-harvest technologies.
10. Freelance, work as an employee, invest, or own a business? Freelancing will increase, and only talented, capable people will succeed. Others will remain employees seeking stability. Unemployment rises through natural selection. Assets gained through opportunism, connections, predatory dealings, collusion, embezzlement, and corruption will gradually be exposed, challenged, and eliminated, replaced by transparent assets earned through creativity, honest work, professional management, and the right people in the right jobs. Alongside owning micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, ownership opportunities will increase through more forms of participation: stock markets, contributions, and share allocation programs.
11. Move from paternalistic management, from convenience to arbitrariness, toward Professional Management; move from emotionally driven management toward Tam Lý Management (grounded in ethical principles, supported by logic and informed by psychology): limited thinking skills, neglect of statistical data and an inability to read and deeply understand the meaning of numbers and phenomena mean that management still alternates between Tightening and Loosening, then Loosening and Tightening again. This greatly affects individual morale and organizational capabilities. Only when managers make the effort to think and investigate thoroughly, avoid short-term opportunism, are decisive yet persistent, understand the value of creative work, and know how to build and lead teams according to ethical principles with sound reasoning while approaching each individual with psychological understanding (following LTC's Tam Lý method) can they create new value that enables them to move quickly and get ahead.
12. A major market shift toward the Individual – Mobile and the Internet: Everything is changing very quickly. The direction for operations and markets is to make maximum use of IT and become mobile; information, services and products need to be personalized and customizable. Serving essential needs for Food, Clothing, Care, Healthcare, Education and Work as an owner will be less attractive than stable employment. Goods originating in China will gradually lose influence while Vietnamese goods gradually attract more attention; more Chinese goods will be disguised under brands and even manufacturing addresses in Vietnam.
