I/ Warranty policy

1. Warranty Period:

The warranty period is 06 months from the date the customer purchases the course videos.

2. Warranty conditions:

Videos are covered by warranty only when faults originate with YUP or the video-service platform. YUP does not provide warranty coverage when customers cannot view videos because they lack a viewing device or Internet connection.

3. Customer benefits:

During the warranty period, customers may request that a video be supplied again if they cannot watch it because of an error on YUP's side. If YUP cannot supply the video again, customers may request a refund of the purchase price. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer within 03 days after YUP receives the request, with no refund fees charged to the customer.

4. Customer support:

YUP is committed to providing dedicated, prompt customer support when resolving warranty-related issues. Customers may contact SuccessBox's customer care team by email, phone, or in person at SuccessBox's transaction office.

II/ Return and exchange policy

Videos are nonphysical products, so YUP does not allow exchanges for other videos. However, customers may request a refund if a video does not match its introduction or cannot be viewed during the warranty period.

If a purchased video cannot be viewed because of an error on YUP’s side, such as a faulty, deleted or hidden video, customers can report it to the support team so YUP can fix it. Once fixed, the video will remain viewable on the course page. If YUP cannot resolve the error within 07 days, customers may request a refund for the video if it is still under warranty. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account supplied by the customer within 07 days of SuccessBox receiving the request. Customers incur no refund fees.
