The VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers use bank cards/accounts, the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into banks' Mobile Banking apps, or linked e-wallets to pay for transactions and enter discount codes (if any)

VNPAY payment methods

1. Payment via a “Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR”

Step 1: Select your products and services, then choose Pay Now or Place Order
On the checkout page, please review the products ordered, complete the recipient’s details, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click “Place order now”.

Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway. Choose “Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR”

Step 3: The system displays a QR code and the amount to be paid. Please verify this amount. Using a banking app (from the listed options), select “Scan Code” and scan the QR code displayed on the website’s payment screen

*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes
To ensure a successful payment, please review the requirements and the steps for scanning the code on your phone in advance, so you are ready and can avoid timeouts affecting your payment and promotional code.

Step 4: Check your information, enter a discount code (if any), and complete payment
Once payment is completed, you will receive confirmation on the website that your order has been placed successfully

2. Payment via “Domestic cards and bank accounts”

Step 1: Select your products and services, then choose Pay Now or Place Order
On the checkout page, please review the products ordered, complete the recipient’s details, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click “Place order now”.

Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway. Choose “Domestic cards and bank accounts” and select the bank whose card you wish to use from the list 

Step 3: Please enter the required card/account information and select “Continue.” An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number; enter the OTP to complete the transaction 

*Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes 

Step 4: Once payment is completed, you will receive confirmation on the website that your order has been placed successfully

3. Payment via “International payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)”
