How can you build a million-dollar company from a startup project?
ICP International Consumer Products Company was founded in 2001 by Mr. Phan Quốc Công is the founder. With initial capital of only 1 billion dong invested in the company, ICP launched its strategic product line X-men targeting male customers. 
Starting with 1 billion VND in hand, he lost nearly 10 years of building and development (2001–2010) to create revenue of 500 billion dong for ICP. 3 years later, he sold a controlling stake in ICP to Marico, an Indian company in the same industry. In 2013, ICP's revenue exceeded 1,000 billion dong, double the 2010 figure before the sale. ICP's rise is associated with Mr. Công's image, a highly educated intellectual with experience working for multinational companies and notable business results: while companies in the same product segment averaged 15% annual revenue growth, ICP's product lines grew by more than 30%.
