The 2019 Journey began with the X-Entrepreneur course (original name: X-Startup) in Hanoi on 21,22,23/6/2019, attended by 50 participants. The course was a great success, bringing many valuable lessons to the new Yuppies of 2019!
‘First, The Journey is truly different. Its first meaningful lessons were not the business lessons I had imagined. For me, they were lessons about being human, about choices and choosing one's values, and about the power of giving. Yes, countless books and media programs discuss the power of giving. But in The Journey, I experienced it in a very different way—through lived experience. I witnessed moments of transformation as the emotions of Journey members were stirred by the simple generosity of an “Angel.” I took part in the teacher's games, directly offered ideas on the team's direction, reveled when my team scored points, and felt confused when I did not understand what was happening. Finally, I felt surprise, deep realization, and a little embarrassment when I heard the teacher's explanation after the game. At The Journey, I told my father I loved him for the first time—something I had been unable to do for many years. Thank you, The Journey.’
