The X-Startup course exclusively for students, X-Startup@Student, taught by entrepreneur Hồ Đức Hải, CEO of the Bánh Mì Má Hải brand, took place on 7,8,9/9/2018 in Saigon.

“Hello to the whole YUPPIES family! ??
I am Diễm, a Yuppie born in Đà Nẵng, and only 3 days old! ?
The “Dare” spirit of a Yuppie and a glorious past in a life-or-death battle of 1 against 299 999 999 gave me further motivation to write this article.
Three days seemed far too short for us to live authentically and wholeheartedly with those around us. But no—the Yuppies truly blending together on just the first day of the journey.
This X-Start Up program was exclusively for school and university students, only some of whom already had business ideas. The rest joined to improve and develop themselves and establish clear direction before leaving school. We have different personalities and perspectives but share a common goal: making Vietnam a better place.
The past 50 hours have left me with so many emotions, and I believe other Yuppies feel the same. I discovered my core values, strengths to develop, and weaknesses to address. I experienced my own death and learned to offer others loving words and praise… Although most of us have never started a business, lessons on using an entrepreneurial compass, building a team and business model, and creating a business strategy on just one page will form our strongest foundations when we decide to embark on entrepreneurship. My limited words probably cannot convey all the emotions of this journey. I would like to express my thanks to:

– Together with everyone participating throughout the journey.
I felt success begin to blossom when I decided to fill in the registration form, and I began learning to share value by awakening the fire burning in every Yuppie's heart.
Finally, I wish everyone lasting happiness and the chance to share much value with the community.
