One fine day, while browsing the Internet, I happened upon the seminar ‘5 Steps to Breakthrough Entrepreneurship in a Crisis.’ The topic was quite interesting, so I invited my friends, who were struggling with their project, to network and learn. At that seminar, I heard insights and knowledge about entrepreneurship that were entirely new to me. In addition, Mr. Tuấn's teaching style was so confident, and the games were excellent and meaningful. Every word he said was clear, full of new knowledge, and showed intelligent thinking. At the end of the class, our group decided to learn from this talented person and began training at YUP.

YUP làm tôi bất ngờ hơn khi gửi lịch học mà đi trễ vài phút là phạt, không được tham gia cái này, không được bước vào giai đoạn kia. Thế nên tâm lý khá là hào hứng khi được đi học ^^
The Training stage at YUP was quite an interesting time. The support staff were extremely enthusiastic and friendly. The lecturers were handsome and humorous. Classmates from different professions and ages offered a wonderful opportunity to meet, learn, and support one another, and to discover that plenty of other people were just as CRAZY as I was. The first two modules were taught by the lecturer with the radiant smile but rather strict manner—Teacher Tạ Minh Tuấn. Module 1 introduced the differences between a startup and a company. The first day's games helped me better understand “Help yourself and heaven will help you,” the spirit of taking 100% responsibility, and the courage to change. Module 2 covered team leadership skills in startups and the difference between a Leader and a Manager. Most interesting were Decision Maker by TMT, team development stages, and leadership styles by stage from LTC. Next came Module 3 on brand strategy with Teacher Vương Thanh Long, who helped me understand the importance of branding and a professional brand positioning model. Module 4 with Teacher Phạm Phú Lâm introduced professional sales processes and skills. He was very enthusiastic and cheerful. Module 5 on strategy with Teacher Lý Trường Chiến was truly wonderful. He shared principles that were easy to approach and apply to specific situations. What resonated most was his attitude: “There is always a problem. Every problem has a solution. Every solution has a problem.” In Module 6, we met Teacher Tạ Minh Tuấn again for Raising and Using Investment Capital, including the Elevator Pitch—60 seconds to persuade an investor to decide. The presentation slides were incredibly useful, distilling and bringing together the entire course. Finally, Module 7 on Business Model Canvas with Teacher Trần Bằng Việt helped me revisit my project and question its core points and true value. YUP also gave Yuppies a bonus Online Marketing course with Teacher Nguyễn Thăng Long and the Go–So–E–Mo model. What wonderful 8 sessions at YUP ^^
After taking the training at YUP, I feel very different from before. I gained a great deal of useful value in attitudes, knowledge… shared wholeheartedly by the instructors. The point now is to TAKE ACTION. I am working to refine my project with the mindset and knowledge gained from YUP, and looking forward to the COACHING stage <3
