X-RiseUp – Văn Hóa Doanh Nghiệp Tỉnh Thức là khóa tu kiết tập dành cho lãnh đạo và tổ chức tại YUP Education, tổ chức mỗi năm một lần, có khai vấn trực tiếp cùng thầy Tạ Minh Tuấn. Chương trình hướng tới doanh nghiệp hạnh phúc – hiệu quả – hòa hợp.

X-RiseUp là khóa học hay khóa tu?

Trang chương trình tự mô tả đây không phải một khóa học mà là khóa tu kiết tập: lãnh đạo và đội ngũ cùng tu tập tập trung trong một đợt, vừa học công cụ quản trị vừa trải nghiệm chuyển hóa. Leadership positions he has held & currently holds: president of BNI Master Chapter in Vietnam (BNI – Business Network International is the world's largest and most successful business networking organization), President of JCI Central Chapter in Vietnam (JCI – Junior Chamber International is currently the world's largest federation for young leaders aged 18-40).

He is Chairman of TMT Group with more 20 member companies & organizations.

In addition to being a Social Entrepreneur, Tạ Minh Tuấn is a Speaker and Senior Coach for many organizations: ANZ Bank, VCCI, CSIP, the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, Honda, FFAV, Dutch Lady, Yomost, Fristy… He is the only trainer and speaker with such compelling results and achievements from a very young age.
