17:30, The live training began with Sales Director Phạm Thế Đông's appearance. The whole hall came alive with an energetic Chicken Dance, everyone enthusiastically dancing together amid laughter.
18:00, the excitement continued with the “Unforgettable Impressions” game. Participants stood, looked their neighbors up and down, and found 3 things to compliment. Those who met the most people received rewards! The atmosphere heated up as everyone seized the opportunity. Making memorable introductions and friendships is an important entrepreneurial skill—another small message from YUP!
18:05, the entire auditorium erupted in applause to welcome instructor Tạ Minh Tuấn; special moments were beginning.
18:15, we join you in sharing for the purpose of the Live training.
18:25–18:35: The power of note-taking was the first topic Tuấn wanted to convey to participants. Why it is powerful, how and when to take notes, what methods to use, its effects, its special advantages, and the value it brings were all explained thoroughly! Things that seemed trivial suddenly became powerful tools during more than 10 minutes of interaction with Tuấn.
18:35–18:50: “A Sweet Declaration of Love” was the theme of Game 2 in the program.
Invite 5 women and 1 man. The man stands onstage while the 5 women go outside. Invite each woman in one at a time to hear the man confess his love. While doing so, the man must lightly touch the woman, and she will react. 5 women, 5 different reactions.
It is not simply a small game, because the special thing Tuấn wants to share is the analytical model E + R = O.
19:00–19:10: You’re a CEO of “YOU” company. Mastering yourself is certainly not easy, so those ‘secret’ what lies behind it? How can you master yourself to stand firmly in any company?
19:10–19:20: Clearly define your entrepreneurial purpose—explain and draw a matrix covering strengths, passion, needs, and social problems. Have you heard of and mastered your own matrix?
19:20–19:30: Develop business ideas using a matrix “strengths–passion–needs–social issues” to immediately generate business ideas of your own. And this is a valuable opportunity to briefly present your special ideas to everyone as Mr. Tuấn directly interviews some participants with good ideas. Would you like to be among them?
19:30–19:45: Game: stealing money. Revealing your future business style and nature slightly lowers your social standing (criticism of your character).
19:45–19:55: Recruiting collaborators and advisers. Guiding participants through the process of persuading talented collaborators and strategic advisers [rather than investors]. This seems to be one of the hardest recruitment strategies for many young people's startup projects, when collaborators and advisers have yet to join the journey!
19:55–20:00: 60s to present a project and recruit collaborators. What can you say in 60s to help people recognize and become interested in your idea? It was truly admirable to see 5 participants step up confidently, fully ready for their brief 60s.
20:00–20:15: The disadvantage of starting a business late. Why “disadvantage” and “late,” and when should we start? Do you truly want to avoid those limitations? These were 15 special minutes that made participants think and look at one another as Tuấn enthusiastically shared extensive knowledge and experience from our entrepreneurial journey.
20:15–20:20: The TeamHoyt video brings perspectives and helpful advice from those who came before, who have been strong and confident as their projects are nurtured and developed at YUP.
20:20–20:30: Introducing the Entrepreneurship course (basic level), the entire auditorium shouted, “We are confident about starting our own businesses,” amid rounds of applause and affirmations of personal strength. Participants were infused with enthusiasm and an “amazing” spirit for the projects they were nurturing and preparing to launch!
We are excited to be able to advise you and share with you about BASIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP course course opening 18/6/2012. The program ended with enthusiastic applause and the promise of much joy, as Tuấn truly brought everyone great value! May you and we be confident and strong in our own projects!
