Training methods: practical ASK training develops participants' Attitude, Skill, and Knowledge comprehensively. Role-Playing simulates leadership experiences as realistically as possible, enabling participants to take charge of their learning, learn at an accelerated pace, and experience NLP to realize their full potential, make as many mistakes as possible in a simulated environment, and master skills in the shortest time.
Objective: master the most important practical leadership knowledge and skills to guide a business to success in its first 5 years.

Strong leaders attract talented people to build outstanding teams. Investors do not really invest in ideas; they invest in people—your team. Good leadership attracts capable people. Capable people bring in investors' money. Businesses raise millions of dollars because their talented people are worth that investment. Investors always seek outstanding business leaders. Once again, good leadership brings money into the company. In business, the source of profit, cash, and success is the owner's leadership ability.
Your life is a book you get to read only once. Be careful with your decisions, choices, and actions. You may try and fail many times, but do not wait until you run out of time in this life to discover what is right for you. Are there not football teams that work out how to win only for the final whistle to sound coldly? Every difficult problem has a solution, but do not let time run out—our time is far too short. Yet do not let this fear paralyze you. The secret is to gain experience while learning from the most talented leaders. Leadership is a difficult challenge, so learn from the best teachers.
Learn from the best to become the best. Successful leaders understand that everything can be self-taught, but it takes a great deal of time, and they want to devote their time to what matters most in life. If they hide their weaknesses and do not train and prepare now, eventually they will have to sacrifice an important part of life just to meet the demands on their abilities. This is a particularly harsh moment for an unprepared, unsteady leader. Good leaders understand that learning is never unnecessary. Success can never come early enough, but it is never too late to begin.
