APPRENTICE ENTREPRENEURS is an entrepreneurship competition organized by Entrepreneurial Skills Club (ACTION Club) – University Foreign Trade University, HCMC and accompanied by PVNi startup investment fund. The competition was created to inspire “think practically – act practically” to passionate startup warriors, bringing good ideas off the page and into real life.

All Students Attending Universities in Ho Chi Minh City and Those Who Graduated No More Than 2 Years Ago.
Contestants compete in teams of 2-3.

– Round 1 (03/04 – 12/04) – Online test – Identification
– Round 2 (17/04) – Presentation – Business Idea & Plan
– Round 3 (22/04 – 15/05) – Practical training – Market & Product
– Final gala (22/05) – The fortitude of a startup entrepreneur

– 3 scholarships for YUP! School of Entrepreneur’s entrepreneurship training and support program, each worth VND 9,000,000.

– 3 scholarships for short business courses provided by the Vietnam–Japan Human Resources Development Center VJCC, each worth VND 2,400,000.

Opening the competition is INFORMATION DAY – ENTREPRENEURIAL COURAGE.
Not only with the purpose of launch and announce the competition rules and schedule, INFORMATION DAY is also where share the stories above the entrepreneurial journey of the famous entrepreneur. Young people sharing passion and enthusiasm also have an opportunity learning exchange each other.

The program has 3 main parts:
1. Part 1: Opening
– The head of the organizing committee declares the competition open and presents its rules;

2. Part 2: Share
– The speaker shares their entrepreneurial story, failures, successes and personal lessons;
– Answer students’ questions and address their difficulties.
3. Part 3: Boot camp.
– Includes areas for detailed information about the “Trainee Entrepreneur” competition, prize games, and collecting feedback from attendees.
