With a mission to support social enterprises through direct investment at key stages of organizational development and create a favorable environment for social enterprise development in Vietnam, CSIP focuses on three main areas of activity:
- Supporting Social Enterprise Development: Among them, the Social Enterprise Support Program (SESP) is the core program
- Building a capital market for social enterprises: CSIP has been building a capital market for social enterprises by encouraging investors to participate through new and varied investment forms suited to domestic social enterprises, helping overcome their funding barriers.
- Communications and policy advocacy: CSIP actively collaborates with partners to raise awareness of social enterprises among communities and policymakers, inspiring action, connecting people, building networks, and creating a more favorable operating environment for social enterprise development

- Cooperate and coordinate with stakeholders and policymakers to promote a favorable environment for social enterprises in Vietnam.
