A Strong Leader Always Has Many talent revolve around building an outstanding team. Investors do not really invest in ideas, but invest in people – your staff. In business, the source of profit, cash and success, is the business owner's leadership ability. 
Your life is a book you only get to read once. Be careful of decisions, choices and actions of your own. In 2013, he Tạ Minh Tuấn is listed among Vietnam's outstanding business leaders under 30 by Forbes, a leading and highly respected business magazine.
In 2011, he was CSIP, the British Council and The One Foundation assessed as Vietnam's Top 15 Outstanding Social Entrepreneurs. This recognition differs entirely from today's abundant awards, many of which can be “bought.”
He is founder, chairman and chief executive of pioneering and leading organizations such as HELP International, YUP Institute, Hello Health Network, VENO Corporation… And is senior adviser of many organizations and businesses such as New Focus, ICS, VN Global…
When starting a business HELP International, he managed and led a team of 45 highly skilled doctors, a group very difficult to lead for someone from a different profession and of a young age. He has led them very successfully despite being the youngest of the company, when he was only 22. With the experience gained from developing the HELP model, he had Invited to speak at the National Assembly 2 times recommendations on how to implement the model and the legal framework in Vietnam, before this model was implemented under state control and he had to suspend it after achieving considerable success.
Many failures, many successes, what is valuable is the priceless experience he accumulated from a very young age, which he is always willing to share with the community. His philosophy is: ‘Experience earlier. Fail earlier. Succeed earlier. Contribute to the community for longer. Live a more meaningful life.’
He has held respected leadership positions such as serving as Executive President of BNI Master Chapter in Vietnam; BNI – Business Network International is the world's largest and most successful business networking association today. He served as executive president of a chapter, leading member entrepreneurs, many of whom were successful names, when he was just 23. By his leadership ability, he became BNI's youngest president right up to the present day, and the term he led was the chapter's most successful.
He is currently Executive President of JCI Central Chapter in Vietnam, JCI – Junjor Chamber International is the world's largest federation of young leaders for members aged 18–40. US President Bill Clinton, UN Secretary-General Kofi Anna, Japanese Prime Minister Abe… all developed within the JCI environment.
He also currently holds the position Founding Chairman of YUP Institute – a reputable entrepreneurship education and support organization in Vietnam, which has inspired entrepreneurship and provided practical methods to many young business owners seeking to ‘change the world for the better’
