The Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Business Incubator reports to the Management Board of the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park and was established by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee in August 2006.
Established with the fundamental purpose of “nurturing” and supporting individuals, teams, or organizations with technological assets and capabilities and sound technology-based business ideas, enabling them to overcome initial difficulties, develop according to their business plans, and grow into strong, mature organizations.
The fields in which the High-Tech Business Incubator incubates businesses include:
o Information and telecommunications technology
o Mechatronics and automation, microelectronics.
o Nanotechnology, new materials, energy.
o Biotechnology, environmental technology.
The High-Tech Business Incubator will provide connections between scientific and technological research, industry, and the market that are not yet close or seamless. At the same time, it will support and promote the commercialization and application of scientific achievements in daily life, generating high revenue and profits.
The incubator is accepting numerous substantial technology projects that benefit people's lives.
