‘Success Before 30’ Seminar
Sáng ngày 25/4/2016, Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Hà Nội tổ chức buổi hội thảo “Thành công trước tuổi 30” với sự trình bày của hai diễn giả: Tạ Minh Tuấn và Bùi Đỗ Mạnh.
Speaker Tạ Minh Tuấn—Founding Chairman and CEO of Help International (a pioneering and leading organization building the “Personal Doctor—Home Healthcare” model in Vietnam); founder of YUP Insitute (a pioneering and respected organization in entrepreneurship training and support in Vietnam); and one of Asia's 30 most outstanding young entrepreneurs in success and influence in 2016, selected by Forbes.
Speaker Bùi Đỗ Mạnh—Chairman of the ONEBANK Institute for Training and Development Research; former Head of the Policy Division, Finance and Accounting Department, State Bank of Vietnam; Director of Strategic Planning and Project Management at VIB.
Through the speakers' real-world experiences, each student recognized what they would need for their future career: students' limitations from an employer's perspective; what employers need from new graduates; ways to discover and affirm their own value on their career path; and, especially, a way of living that nurtures and fulfills dreams.
Đoàn Đông, an Automotive Engineering Technology student in the Faculty of Automotive Technology, said he gained useful lessons from speaker Tạ Minh Tuấn at the ‘Success Before 30’ seminar. He understood that making an effort every day and nurturing his dreams would lead to good results in the future.
The three-hour seminar was brief but attracted strong interest from many students. Its content provided direction and skills to help them develop along the right path, enabling each student to recognize what they need to prepare for their future careers.
The students also hoped for more opportunities to attend programs and seminars sharing job-seeking skills, bringing them closer to the realities of life after graduation and their future employers.
