Action.vn – Starting a business is indeed an extremely difficult yet exciting process, which explains why the startup atmosphere is “hotter” than ever. But entrepreneurship can be described as an art full of obstacles and challenges.
Thousands of questions arise, such as how to set entrepreneurial goals accurately and learn methods to pursue them, how to find and recruit companions, how to allocate time appropriately to address difficulties along the entrepreneurial journey, and how to approach investors and raise capital…
That is why the YUP Institute Entrepreneurship Skills Training Academy launched the program“Master Your Entrepreneurship Skill 1.0” primarily for people starting a business or who have owned a business for 5 years or less, have business experience, understand the difficulties of entrepreneurship and want to expand their knowledge to advance their businesses.
Participants who pass the selection rounds, receive scholarships and complete the training program can attend a networking session connecting projects with individual investors and major venture-capital funds such as IDG, Cyber Agent and PVNI. They will have 4 minutes to present their projects.
Investment Connection Nov 2012 đã được tổ chức vào ngày 17/11 với các khách mời như anh Hiếu-IDG Ventures Vietnam, anh Vũ-PVNI (Vietnam Startup Funding Network), anh Tuấn Anh-SHBI (Saigon Hi-Tech Business Incubator),mLab East Asia, anh Tạ Minh Tuấn-CEO HELP International (Angel Investor) và anh Chính-CEO VietProtocol (Angel Investor)
The participants' presentations were quite complete and clear, from explaining ideas and goals to financial analysis. Many chose technology startups, mostly in the Internet and mobile application sectors, such as EGANY – an e-commerce marketplace, ULU – a website sharing fashion experiences for women, Eatery Review Web – a website reviewing dining venues, MobiFood– a mobile application for finding and sharing dining and entertainment venues, Giftshop.vn...
There are also impressive projects with large-scale implementation, such as ACIS—smart electrical equipment for homes—or BEEGREEN about clean vegetables…
After this presentation, YUP Institute will connect representatives and students and facilitate cooperation on promising, feasible projects that attract interest.
We hope that with YUP Institute’s support, more and more startup ideas and projects will soon become reality and achieve success.
