A respected organization in today's startup community. Through years of engaging with and accompanying many projects, YUP! has recognized that, a lack of knowledge support, mentoring or creating opportunities to access investors…are the challenges facing those who decide to start a business. Yet not everyone can escape that cycle of challenges to find success. Now, YUP! has decided once again to commit to accompanying and supporting the most promising startup projects!

With a Long-Term Project X-Start up within 5 years, YUP! aims to provide unprecedented support for startups with genuine entrepreneurial passion.

YUP! will receive the startup project application (Using YUP!'s standard template), screen and interview project owners to find projects The MOST deserving. Each year, we will select more than 100 projects to accompany and support in becoming reality.

You will receive support from the highly experienced experts in entrepreneurship, through training, consulting and coaching activities and connect with investors. Project owners can also join the YUPPIES startup community, with thousands of members and hundreds of projects underway or completed, creating a strong entrepreneurial network.

Scholarship applicants:

Those planning to start a business or already starting one (within the past 3 years) want to develop more knowledge, skills and experience to advance their idea, project or business.

Stage 1: BUSINESS STARTUP SKILLS TRAINING (TRAINING)

Duration: 8 sessions = 24 training periods.

Method:

1. Comprehensive ASK Training (Attitute – Attitude, Skill – Skills, Knowledge – Knowledge)

Did you know that Vietnam's education teaches only Knowledge, leaving school and university graduates directionless, without aspirations or dreams (an Attitude issue), and severely lacking skills (a Skills issue)? Training courses from YUP Institute always develops you holistically in all 3 aspects: A,S,K.

2. Role-playing.

Is there a way to learn the most, at the lowest cost, in the shortest time? Join the course by YUP Institute means participating in a simulated environment & journey simulation entrepreneurship. This environment lets you role-play your startup journey, gaining highly practical knowledge and skills without paying the price of real-world entrepreneurship.

Content:

Module 1: Entrepreneurial spirit (Entrepreneurship)

Module 2: Market research in entrepreneurship (Market Research skills for Start-up).

Module 3: Business strategy management for startups (Business Strategy for Start-up).

Module 4: Brand strategy development skills (Branding strategy for Start-up).

Module 5: Skills for building and leading a successful startup team (Leadership Skills in Start-up)

Module 6: Practical law for business and entrepreneurship (Legal for Start-up)

Module 7: Fundraising and investment capital utilization skills (Fund Raising Skill & Investment Strategy Management)

Module 8: Managing startup projects with the Business Model Canvas (Canvas Business model management )

Stage 2: MENTORING ALONG THE JOURNEY OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE (COACHING)

Duration: 4 follow-up sessions (1 month) and coaching for each participant immediately after completing the stage TRAINING.

Method: Coaching (Training). One of today's leading methods worldwide for developing talent through practice and experience.

1) Coaching session 1: Problems & solutions

2) Coaching session 2: Problem & solution

3) Coaching session 3: Problem & solution

4) Coaching session 4: Present a fundraising and investment solicitation plan (Exit assessment)

After Training, participants are encouraged to build a real startup project or company. Those who already have one need to apply the knowledge and skills learned during Training to it. YUP’s entrepreneurship instructors and coaches will participate in each project to advise, guide, and orient its development, helping participants build products, research markets, formulate sound business strategies, assemble startup teams, establish lean management and operating systems, prepare fundraising materials, and accelerate their startups.

Stage 3: TAKE-OFF (TAKE-OFF)

Outstanding Projects That Pass the Stage COACHING will move to the stage TAKE-OFF:

• Be connected to a network affiliated businesses with YUP Institute to undertake internships, gain experience and learn from successful models.
• Have your project introduced to business incubators, business support centers, investment funds and individual investors. From this, you will receive considerable value, such as financial and material investment, professional advice, technical support, sponsored workspace, etc.
• Be introduced to opportunities to present your business to Investment fund and a list of other Angel Investor networks.
